Adapted by Connor Kerns, Jane Austen’s beloved classic has been transformed into a full vibrant stage work. The arrival of eligible young men in their neighborhood creates chaos in the lives of Mr. and Mrs. Bennet and their five daughters. Dances, drawing rooms and the English countryside provide settings for the sparkling exchanges between the opinionated Elizabeth Bennet and the proud, reserved Mr. Darcy. Hasty judgments lead to heartache and scandal, but eventually to true understanding, self-knowledge, and love.
